Dr. Josh Winslow was born and raised in West Virginia. He completed his undergraduate work in 2008 at the University of Kentucky, and received his DVM in 2012 from the University Of Georgia College Of Veterinary Medicine. He grew up raising and showing cattle, pigs, and goats through his local 4-H/FFA clubs. One of Dr. Winslow’s biggest interests is assisting producers in improving their herds through advanced reproductive and preventative medicine.
Dr. Winslow married his wife, Steffani (Huff) in December of 2014. They currently reside on her family’s farm where they raise club calves and Simmental influenced cattle.
Dr. Mayson Spring is a recent Penn Vet graduate. She grew up in Sarver, PA, graduated from Freeport high school and her family (Kisers/Clevers) are locals to the Dayton area. In 2019, Mayson received her undergraduate degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from The Penn State University, Schreyer Honors College. Following undergrad, Mayson spent the next four years at Penn Vet in Philadelphia and despite learning a great deal, she is very happy to be home!
Her primary interests are small animal behavior and general medicine, and she is also interested in equine and small ruminant medicine. She is looking very forward to getting to know the patients and clients of Countryside Animal Health!
When she is not working, Dr. Mayson enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband, Wyatt, and her two dogs Rowan and Ringo. She also enjoys pet and nature photography, baking, canning and boating.
Fun Fact: Dr. Mayson loves coffee and brings home different types from all the places she travels. Her most recent was Kona Coffee from Hawaii!
